International 2 weeks+: This may differ depending on the laws, regulations and tax applications on said country when receiving packages from Australia.
****United States Orders****
Orders are shipped from Australia. Delivery times vary and may take several weeks. International orders specifically from the US may occasionally be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside our control. For small flat items like sticker sheets, additional fees are uncommon but can occur.
***European Orders***
Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or postal handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to collect VAT on behalf of EU countries. For small flat items like sticker sheets, additional fees may occur depending on local customs processing.
Bulky Items

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and parcel size.
- For bulky or heavier items (such as sticker books, plushies, or bundled orders), shipping costs may vary depending on final package size.
- While our website aims to calculate shipping accurately, there may be cases where the system does not automatically adjust for oversized items.
If additional shipping costs apply:
- We will contact you via email with a shipping cost adjustment
- Your order will be dispatched once the remaining shipping cost is paid
- If the additional shipping cost is not approved or paid, the order may be cancelled and refunded (excluding any non-refundable fees)
Return & Refund Policy

PeechMart does not offer refunds or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.
⋆ Damaged items during shipping
PeechMart is not responsible for items damaged during transit by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, responsibility lies with the carrier.
We recommend contacting your local postal service directly to lodge a damage claim if applicable.

Exchanges are not available for online orders.
Exchanges may be accepted in person at physical markets only, provided:

Fan-Made Works Disclaimer
Some items sold by PeechMart are fan-made artworks inspired by existing franchises.
- These works are unofficial and are not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the original creators, rights holders, or companies
- All trademarks, characters, and intellectual property related to fan-made works remain the property of their respective owners
- PeechMart claims copyright only over the original illustration, design, and artistic interpretation, not the underlying characters or franchises
Fan-made items are sold as artistic expressions and not as licensed merchandise.
